You need to pay some costs when your child goes to a government school. Costs can be for essential items, optional extras or voluntary payments to the school.
Each school council decides their own costs, fees and essential items and you can see these on the Booklist tab on this website.
Our schools sets our own costs so they can meet the needs of our local community according to our own priorities and subjects. This is why costs can differ between schools. School Council is always very conscious of the needs of our community when considering these decisions.
